1. Worst customer service experience.Good cars with attractive prices but... Nothing works properly.

2. I did not yet drive a car, as the fees for changing bookings turned me off for now.[SOLUTION] login error and missing countries issue: the problem is that there exists three variants of the app, each with their own account and available countries.

3. Can not set account for Spain through app (although states is in Madrid and Barcelona), managed to create account through the website but was told need to upload drivers license through mobile app.

4. Rang customer service and told to delete and reset with did email, once I did this I got the exact same results.

5. It took me 8 days of everyday calling to customer service just to activate my profile.

1. Fix Ubeeqo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ubeeqo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ubeeqo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ubeeqo" » Open Ubeeqo: Flexible Car Sharing » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ubeeqo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ubeeqo: Flexible Car Sharing app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ubeeqo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ubeeqo: Flexible Car Sharing" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ubeeqo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ubeeqo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ubeeqo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ubeeqo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ubeeqo not working

2. Fix Ubeeqo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ubeeqo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ubeeqo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ubeeqo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
