1. Its frustrating.The new update with its beautiful interface worked just fine at first, but lately after signing in I don't see my balance on the dashboard, it goes all blank, I have been unable to top up my mobile line because I don't see any options when I click on account.

2. App needs to be reworked.This new update is as good as not having an app at all because I can't practically do anything on the app, not even to see my account balance less to to talk of sending money.

3. Please provide a means or button to share the receipt after a successful transaction is made.I love the update.

6. Thanks.Uba, this update is a step towards the right, however, there are three things that needs quick fixing.

7. Would update my rating with a 5 star if I notice it's worked on.The new update though colourful, is a bit slower.

8. But we'll done for this.After logging into the app, it says I don't have an account yet it showed me my account details during the process of signing in.

9. Certain transactions require important details, hence, consider increasing it to 50 characters.

10. More importantly, the transaction history has been watered down and doesn't look official.

11. Viewing transactions history also just goes to a blank screen.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix UBA Issues

1. Fix UBA Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart UBA: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the UBA App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "UBA" » Open UBA Mobile Banking » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for UBA » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear UBA Mobile Banking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from UBA servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "UBA Mobile Banking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check UBA app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, UBA might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall UBA. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall UBA then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing UBA not working


2. Fix UBA Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make UBA be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to UBA not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, UBA may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I need to give out my phone to my sis which she would be needing for school, but I found out I couldn't log in with another device so I am making a request for all devices to be deleted so i would continue my mobile banking with my other phone. Thanks
