1. Worse is how this has been for over 1 year.I'm sincerely very disappointed that a Pan- African Bank like UBA can't develop an efficient Internet Banking Application that can give customers a time-life saving experience, that can help in emergency situations.
2. I have 3 other apps of other banks and the open with same network strenght while uba app shows error in connection except the mobile app which opens but I can only transfer maximum of 200,000K only a day.
3. many time I have try but couldn't get my statement print.Everything about using all the UBA Apps is difficult from the mobile banking to the internet mobile banking and to the secure pass app.

Thanks.this app does not give clear details of transactions... if a transfer is made, the name of the sender and recipient should reflect on the transaction history once you miss downloading the online receipt, it becomes impossible to get anything that shows the authenticity of your transaction, should the recipient claim no money was receivedThis app is the most annoying app I've ever seen.
5. Please ensure to make your apps more user friendly like other banks within 3 mins everything is settled but with your bank its the other way round.
6. very disappointed with the app but I have no other choice since I'm out of the country and when you call customer service they ask you to come to the branch.I enjoy using the app.
7. Sometimes I even prefer coming to your banking hall than using this app if I have the time and in the country.
8. it's a web browser which only access the banks internet banking website.
9. This was one of the reasons I closed my account with the old UBA some years ago and went to the reliable Standard Trust Bank.
10. The developers of this app need to see how other banks app like gtbank works and overhall this app.
11. This is why I downloaded that of internet banking app which refuses to open.This is not a banking app.
