Why should I report an Issue with Photo Mate R3?

1. I even ditched my laptop and use the app only for photo editing, the "derawtisation" is that good!It keeps kicking me out of the editor after only a couple of seconds, saying that I must be connected to the Internet to edit in the free version... BUT I AM CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET.

2. I'd rather there not even be a free version than one that taunts you with a mountain of features and then takes them away before you can use them.This looks like an amazing app if only I didn't have to wait a couple of minutes each time I made an edit and it didn't constantly crash.

3. Library indexes and needs to take a lot of time to organize every time you change the filter, not all files in your camera folder show, editing is very slow and doesn't have any measure of real time editing unless you lower the quality to unusable levels.

Some odditys in the interface (the curve panel mind-bogglingly lowers the brightness of the picture it is superposed upon for exemple, so it's impossible to use full screen and see the final result - you can use it on the side as any other panel though) but otherwise a very full fledged piece of software.

5. The only slight complaint is that it is a bit laggy in previewing adjustments which is probably down to using a mid range phone with a fairly powerful app.EDIT 2021 MAR: My version was ad free for a while.

6. TL;DR It meets all of my criteria: one-time-fee, looks good on foldables, has a picker for white balance, has most used features, and doesn't require a login to use.

7. ORIGINAL: excellent, makes viewing photos so much easier incl, particularly, when files have been renamed, & can see the new filenames in full.

8. It works absolutely fine, I don't have much experience with the free version as I got the full version for the layers/brush tool function once I established it worked.

1. Fix Photo Mate R3 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Photo Mate R3: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Photo Mate R3 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Photo Mate R3" » Open Photo Mate R3 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Photo Mate R3 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Photo Mate R3 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Photo Mate R3 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Photo Mate R3" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Photo Mate R3 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Photo Mate R3 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Photo Mate R3. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Photo Mate R3 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Photo Mate R3 not working

2. Fix Photo Mate R3 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Photo Mate R3 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Photo Mate R3 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Photo Mate R3 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
