1. My only complaint is that I read stories online from the browser and I always leave multiple tabs open so that anytime I come back to read, I don't have to start typing in again, I just click the tab I want and continue from where I stop, the pages restore sometimes but most times it doesn't and I have to start searching for the stories and it frustrating.

I liked the way certain features worked, but i can't live with the major issues.About the 2nd to last update this browser has an annoying bug where it puts up a small colored icon with the site's URL as the page loads, BUT instead of going away this icon sits in the middle of the page and pulses like a heartbeat.
4. On Chrome however, the tabs would remain for long till you close themIt got worse that i even hesitate to put a 3 star rating: first of all im unable to retrieve my bookmarks from my account, and i'm also no longer able to move my bookmarks into a folder.

1. Fix Phoenix Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Phoenix: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Phoenix App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Phoenix" » Open Phoenix - Fast & Safe » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Phoenix » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Phoenix - Fast & Safe app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Phoenix servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Phoenix - Fast & Safe" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Phoenix app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Phoenix might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Phoenix. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Phoenix then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Phoenix not working
2. Fix Phoenix Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Phoenix be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Phoenix not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Phoenix may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

An advertisement on Taifa gas on 28 may 2023. They were asking to send mpesa money for gas offer. Up to now no feedback. They promised once you send money within 24hrs Gas will be delivered. Please can you follow on behave of us to know wether it was genuine and if not help us to get our money back. It will be wrong for people with ill motive to con innocent customer. For proof of money sent i will provide when asked.
