1. Please fix these issues because my daughter enjoys playing with my mom who livesfar away but gets frustrated when it doesnt work.Fun app, when it works... The video frequently freezes during games, and there are a handful of games that don't work.The app itself is a wonderful idea but the connectivity is terrible.

2. We spend the majority of our time waiting for a game to connect just to have it disconnect again within a minute plus both our phones & Wi-Fi create radiation called electromagnetic fields (EMFs) which aren't good for us.

3. I really like the idea of the app and want to buy subscription but the support hasn't answered me in a month for my problem.For me it was a good app at start but u have to pay for talking to your friends and it was it would glitch.

1. Fix Together Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Together: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Together App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Together" » Open Together: Family Video Calling » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Together » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Together: Family Video Calling app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Together servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Together: Family Video Calling" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Together app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Together might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Together. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Together then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Together not working

2. Fix Together Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Together be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Together not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Together may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
