Why should I report an Issue with Saturn - Time Together?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. The timer just didn't show up anymore, I wasn't able to remove classes I accidentally added, and I wasn't able to verify my account.

2. I can still set my schedule and such, and I still receive notifications that my friends who have iPhones have joined my classes, but I can't chat with them because the verification process is broken.

3. Please fix this.)I was unable to verify my account after downloading the app! i logged in, and once it was time to verify, I couldn't do so, as it would stay stuck in the loading screen at the final step of verification.

4. And after everything my account still wasn't even verified.The app is managable and I like that it shows me how long my classes are and how long the passing periods are as well, but an issue that I have is that the "Discover" button doesn't work.

5. The old versions of this app didn't work properly on Android (you couldn't view you schedule if your internet was slow) and now whole parts of the app are just gone.

6. My tasks keep clearing, I keep getting logged out every single time the app closes, there is this annoying bar at the top of the screen, and much more.

7. Edit: 3 to 2 stars because I keep getting signed out of the app, then I need to reverify and such despite still getting regular notifications from the app.

1. Fix Saturn Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Saturn: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Saturn App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Saturn" » Open Saturn - Time Together » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Saturn » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Saturn - Time Together app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Saturn servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Saturn - Time Together" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Saturn app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Saturn might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Saturn. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Saturn then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Saturn not working

2. Fix Saturn Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Saturn be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Saturn not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Saturn may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
