1. Support chat gives only an init error and creating ticket does not seem to work either :)Features are good, it's easy to change watch settings and send/receive messages, but location handling is extremely unreliable.

2. There is still place for improvement but for what is offered now on the market- it does the job !GPS and kid location when I need is always late The watch battery is very bad half hour and need to recharge 😓😓Very bad actually.

1. Fix Elari SafeFamily Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Elari SafeFamily: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Elari SafeFamily App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Elari SafeFamily" » Open Elari SafeFamily » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Elari SafeFamily » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Elari SafeFamily app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Elari SafeFamily servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Elari SafeFamily" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Elari SafeFamily app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Elari SafeFamily might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Elari SafeFamily. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Elari SafeFamily then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Elari SafeFamily not working

2. Fix Elari SafeFamily Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Elari SafeFamily be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Elari SafeFamily not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Elari SafeFamily may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
