1. but not worked out...cheating people ...Used to give it 5 stars but after a month of subscription and renewal, it suddenly stopped giving accurate updates and reports... It doesn't give notifications anymore when the contacts on my subscription list is online... I hope that this issue will be fixed asap... I have sent an email to the technical support as well but have not get a reply at all...Not a good experience.

Keep it up for the better version & if possible monthly subscription to less expensive..how ever it has stopped working on 22/05/2023 what the hell is going on 😒 payment has been make it till 01/06/2023 .. PLEASE DO FIXED ITIt had stopped tracking since 16/03/2023, despite several emails reminders with no courtesy to response at all.

1. Fix Family Tracker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Family Tracker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Family Tracker App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Family Tracker" » Open Family Tracker - Online Status » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Family Tracker » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Family Tracker - Online Status app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Family Tracker servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Family Tracker - Online Status" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Family Tracker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Family Tracker might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Family Tracker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Family Tracker then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Family Tracker not working

2. Fix Family Tracker Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Family Tracker be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Family Tracker not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Family Tracker may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
