Why should I report an Issue with DSLR HD Camera : 4K HD Camera?

1. Makes it difficult to find a good app that does what it's supposed to when there's all this garbage in the wayIts a very LOSER application in play store because i shoot a video in application but at the last moment of video then shows VIDEO CAN'T THEN TRY NEXT TIME" so i am very tried and very very feel like sad because a one video completed in 79 minutes..... So doesn't downold this application..It's a good app for photos but I keep receiving this error saying, "Failed to record video", Might because of my device, Or my camera, No idea but till then I'll give it a 3 since I cannot record a video, But the quality of photos is good, Not amazing but good, I have noticed a slight increase of quality actually looks a little better than before.

Overall I'll give it a 3 because me personally don't really take that much photos.an every step you have to see the adds... if u r going to take a picture first u have to see the adds and its possible in that duration you missed your shot....This is like a DSLR, I liked it, but I can't save my video through sd card, the only option is to save my work in the internal storage, I hope you will fix it, but it is a good camera app 😊, More update and add another option to save videos ⚡⚡Very nice App.

3. If I get a response and maybe some help I'll come back for five stars.Unable to change storage from internal to sd card...uninstalled. App is rubbish, I don't care about quality if I can't change where pics go by default.

4. When the picture is taken and the little graphic showing the picture going in to the gallery was crooked and when I opened it, there was northing to explain why it just... started doing this.

5. The previous version of DSLR Camera professional was so so amazing.

6. No matter how I hold it, angle it, try to straighten it in the photo editor, all the photos I take all of a sudden (it was fine until now) come out diagonal.

7. I can't do correct exposure.nice app but.. every time i take 10 pictures it can't take a picture anymore.

8. But please.. FIX THIS BUG.Once i open gallery , it is not going back to camera..need to close and open the app again .

9. And I attempted to take pictures with the stock camera and several other apps and they all came out perfectly straight.

10. It seems that most of these apps use the same exact UI and change little things here and there, this is unacceptable yet happens.

1. Fix DSLR HD Camera Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DSLR HD Camera: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DSLR HD Camera App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DSLR HD Camera" » Open DSLR HD Camera : 4K HD Camera » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DSLR HD Camera » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DSLR HD Camera : 4K HD Camera app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DSLR HD Camera servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DSLR HD Camera : 4K HD Camera" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DSLR HD Camera app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DSLR HD Camera might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DSLR HD Camera. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DSLR HD Camera then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DSLR HD Camera not working
