1. There seemed to be a glitch doing it on my iphone, but I didn't install the latest update.So this app worked for me for about a week and then quit allowing me to purchase tickets, which effectively made it useless, it hasn't been up David since PreCovid, and I don't expect my email to be answered or for my problem to be solved.

2. I use less data with the simple bus tracker to learn when a bus arrives at a stop I'm at & going online to access the mcts website for schedules, etc.Gets the job done but continuously resets map filters when doing simple things like rotating the phone.

3. There are certainly improvements that could be made to this app, which I'll send feedback about because the space here is insufficient, and hope that the devs will work on them.The app works great on my tablet, but there's no WiFi at bus stops.

4. I reinstalled the app after I factory reset my phone and now all of the sudden the app doesn't work, it gets stuck on the passengers screen, I already added myself as a passenger but it's not showing.

5. For paying for rides, the app is great, though being able to buy more than one ticket at once would be nice.It works for some stops.

6. emailed them and not only did they address my concerns, but they explained what happened (as a tech support rep, i greatly appreciate being given context) and then fixed it within 24hrs.

1. Fix Ride MCTS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ride MCTS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ride MCTS App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ride MCTS" » Open Ride MCTS » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ride MCTS » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ride MCTS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ride MCTS servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ride MCTS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ride MCTS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ride MCTS might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ride MCTS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ride MCTS then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ride MCTS not working

2. Fix Ride MCTS Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ride MCTS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ride MCTS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ride MCTS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
