1. There seemed to be a glitch doing it on my iphone, but I didn't install the latest update.So this app worked for me for about a week and then quit allowing me to purchase tickets, which effectively made it useless, it hasn't been up David since PreCovid, and I don't expect my email to be answered or for my problem to be solved.
2. I use less data with the simple bus tracker to learn when a bus arrives at a stop I'm at & going online to access the mcts website for schedules, etc.Gets the job done but continuously resets map filters when doing simple things like rotating the phone.
3. There are certainly improvements that could be made to this app, which I'll send feedback about because the space here is insufficient, and hope that the devs will work on them.The app works great on my tablet, but there's no WiFi at bus stops.
4. I reinstalled the app after I factory reset my phone and now all of the sudden the app doesn't work, it gets stuck on the passengers screen, I already added myself as a passenger but it's not showing.
5. For paying for rides, the app is great, though being able to buy more than one ticket at once would be nice.It works for some stops.
6. emailed them and not only did they address my concerns, but they explained what happened (as a tech support rep, i greatly appreciate being given context) and then fixed it within 24hrs.
7. I'm not sure how this could be the highest rated transit app without being able to purchase tickets.
8. I can buy tickets & look at route maps, but it doesn't let me look at schedules or see when the next bus is coming at bus stops.
9. I'm very pissed.I don't know about anyone else, but I am unable to purchase tickets through the app, I just get a blank white screen.
10. had an issue where the activate ticket animation disappeared and this was impacting my actual bus rides with mcts.
11. So now how the hell am I supposed to purchase bus tickets.
