1. I see this app hasn't even been updated since 2018 and here we are in 2020!!!This ain't no joke! Don't commit to this alarm if you have a grumpy husband who wants to sleep in! 😄 The EASY setting IS easy but very challenging when you first wake up and it won't let you turn it off any other way! 😳 lol I love all the different characters and the digital currency you earn to unlock other characters!👍I use this app to get my stubborn 12 year old up after everyone else is up and I've already given her a chance to wake up "naturally" or "the nice" way.

Either move them to the top or get rid of them because bottom of the screen is not working.This alarm clock has so much potential, but half the time it doesn't work, and this morning my alarm started loudly going off and the app wouldn't open for me to disable the alarm! Unfortunately I can't risk being late by using this alarm anymore.

It would be nice that in the next update it would give you the option to turn that feature off or on, cause i can see how that feature is nice to have in the mornings, but not so much in the afternoons.Was adorable and the best app but now there's ads at the bottom of the screen that's right next to the snooze button so I now constantly click on an ad instead of snoozing a blaring alarm.

1. Fix Alarm clock Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Alarm clock: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Alarm clock App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Alarm clock" » Open Alarm clock » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Alarm clock » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Alarm clock app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Alarm clock servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Alarm clock" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Alarm clock app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Alarm clock might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Alarm clock. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Alarm clock then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Alarm clock not working

2. Fix Alarm clock Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Alarm clock be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Alarm clock not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Alarm clock may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
