I downloaded the native app expecting something better but it's obviously a plain and simple web view with some native components to make it feel as such.My order was canceled because I didn't provided the information that was requested in a span of 12 hours, The call center wasn't helpful at all and they canceled my order without a previous notification by the app or email, terrible serviceUnusable piece of junk, couldn't even finish the first Captcha and I had to do an extra one already, not only that but the "waiting" how could you mess up a search? It literally gave me issues searching for the word iPhone, the most basic thing...Lightweight, fast and with a clean interface and convenient notifications like when your products arrive to the warehouse.What a frustrating idiotic waste of time.

2. Last but not least, beware of huge return (Not always possible) charges.I used this app during this year and everything went perfectly! It's definitely an excellent option to buy online; the products arrive in perfect condition and the customer service is quite good and attentive to customers, plus it's easy to buy with both, the card and Paypal, they also charge very little for shipping and delivery is fast, is 100% recommended👍🏻I do like the web app and I use it.

1. Fix Tiendamia Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tiendamia: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tiendamia App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tiendamia" » Open Tiendamia - Compras Online » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tiendamia » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tiendamia - Compras Online app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tiendamia servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tiendamia - Compras Online" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tiendamia app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tiendamia might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tiendamia. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tiendamia then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tiendamia not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tiendamia be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tiendamia not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tiendamia may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
