This is just a scam to get more money.Up until last update it's been excellent.. now when sliding finger to seek during video playback, the video does not fast forward, it jumps straight to where you stop finger as if you were streaming online even tho the video is local to device.. also loading app is glitchy now which was never an issue before.

2. Alot of work related notes jotted down that would be great if it could be protected.The option is there for files other than pix and vids but doesn't really work.This is a great app, but one thing is really annoying.

3. Like a dark theme instead of just white and choice of accent color.I've been using this app for.... Hell, I done even remember! At least 7 years? Wow.

1. Fix GalleryVault ProKey Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GalleryVault ProKey: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GalleryVault ProKey App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GalleryVault ProKey" » Open GalleryVault ProKey: Hide Pics » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GalleryVault ProKey » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GalleryVault ProKey: Hide Pics app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GalleryVault ProKey servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GalleryVault ProKey: Hide Pics" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GalleryVault ProKey app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GalleryVault ProKey might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GalleryVault ProKey. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GalleryVault ProKey then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GalleryVault ProKey not working
