1. 10-26-22: Back to displaying "Error:null" again...App doesn't work - updated, clear cache and it stills shows blank screen with msg Error:nullI can only get a blank page since 8/31/19..I thought at first it was only me.. Someone needs to fix this...This app is Horrible!!!!! Always opens to a blank page,Ridiculous!!!!No longer working! Again.

2. Great app!!!!! I just wish i could access the jobs section.Does not work shows a blank white says no internet which is wrong cause everything else is working with my internet.

1. Fix Journal News Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Journal News: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Journal News App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Journal News" » Open Journal News » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Journal News » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Journal News app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Journal News servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Journal News" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Journal News app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Journal News might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Journal News. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Journal News then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Journal News not working
