1. Just add more Asana moves.Its a really great app!! But how i wish there is something for people like me who are on d fat side but still wants to learn Yoga!!!!Just shows a computer generated human in the pose, but no direction in doing it or breathing techniques.
2. You have to learn to pace yourself and when to pause it to get a form correct, could use some minor improvement but over does what it saysI underestimated yoga! It is....to put it simple, great! Looking forward to it each day.
3. Painful! For a level 1 beginner exercise 1 they didn't even show how to get into that position 2 they didn't give enough time to get into position 3 two of those poses are difficult in my condition.
4. I have 4 bolts holding up my spine and a weak left ankle (broke in 3 parts, had surgery for that too) there's nothing on there for those kinds of choices.
5. It should include all asanas in choose list while trying to create our own customised worklist.It's helping me more than l was expecting.
