1. I live 1h from The nearest place to buy a recharge voucher so not being able to purchase online is EXTREMELY frustrating! Sort you're s##t out telstra!App is rubbish! It does NOT update with everything else, but instead waits until you need to pay a bill quickly, then demands to be updated.

Can't believe a Telco the size of Telstra doesn't have a top shelf functional app.How can a multi billion dollar business invest so little into it's app which it uses to collect payments from it's customers? I have no clue why, but this app very well may be the most poorly optimized and designed I've ever seen.
3. Do you even want my money?This App is useless, I've turned my phone on and off, im constantly updating it, I've even deleted the app and redownloaded it but still after 6 months of trying I've still not been able to use it for a recharge NOT ONCE! I've delete it.
4. To be fair, the app is the same thing as their website, which also can't support critical tasks like updating direct debit details.
5. Zero functionality and obvious total lack of customer service and customer care, because if there was it would've been fixed by now, shows the lack of commitment to loyal customers, old and new 🙈🙊Terrible app.
6. No support available when call centres are closed which is understandable, but at least provide a way to send emails/ messages.Has been fine and continues to be fine with prepaid services.
7. It does this very frustrating thing where it doesn't auto update, but rather waits till you pay your account.
8. Then when I do I need to sign in, only when I do there is an error and it can't display my account except if I close the error message I can... I just recharged yesterday after more than the normal aggravations from the app glitching only to get a message alerting me that my credit will expire today.
9. What the hell is going on telstra? My primary service not shown? How? Why? Update: I have previously deleted and reinstalled the app, it's had no effect.
10. Oh BTW, I can't pay my bill until this is fixedApp is totally useless never loads, always saying an error has occurred, refresh button has never worked.
11. The app does the job but the Recommended for You section is just ads pushing products and streaming services, you need to scroll down the bottom to see any potential member benefits.
