1. Great app if it only worked.Does not always shut down the other driver apps when a ride is accepted.

2. With Maxymo I am able to accept more requests and faster and it's virtually hands-free making the driving experience safer for the driver and passenger as well.

3. On a good note, the developer is responsive.Great app, best price with alot of options and settings than every other rideshare utilities app.

4. If you are trying the app for the first time DO NOT choose any subscription or input any billing information until the trial is over or you will be charged twice.

5. The UX is horrid compared to Driver Utility Helper and personally I'd love it if you got both apps unified like calendar, etc.

1. Fix Maxymo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Maxymo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Maxymo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Maxymo" » Open Maxymo: The Gig Driver App! » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Maxymo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Maxymo: The Gig Driver App! app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Maxymo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Maxymo: The Gig Driver App!" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Maxymo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Maxymo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Maxymo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Maxymo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Maxymo not working

2. Fix Maxymo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Maxymo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Maxymo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Maxymo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
