1. What a shame! This app is not an alternative, one can not use it to pay by tap as it does not use NFC.0/10 stars Why the hell does my WALLET need access to making phone calls, my contacts etc? That's a breach of privacy as that is not needed AT ALL for storing cards.

2. Won't keep this long as other apps do a much better job.Prevent me from using debit/credit cards in any other mobile payment app, and the proprietary app TD provides also does not allow for any kind of pairing between the bank card and TD wallet app.

1. Fix TD Wallet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TD Wallet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TD Wallet App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TD Wallet" » Open TD Wallet » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TD Wallet » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TD Wallet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TD Wallet servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TD Wallet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TD Wallet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TD Wallet might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TD Wallet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TD Wallet then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TD Wallet not working

2. Fix TD Wallet Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TD Wallet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TD Wallet not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TD Wallet may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
