Why should I report an Issue with Ivy: Tasks & To-Do list, organ?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

Props the the developer(s) for their efforts thus far.note for myself: - nice design; you can keep track on the done tasks; sorting tasks by categories; checklists and reminders for tasks; to-dos only; not many functions; the widget looks nice but I'd prefer the clock and weather part to be optional.

2. 🙁 *I'm confused; the above screenshots show calendar view and syncing, time tracking and other features but I'm not seeing any of those options in the app OR widget - (I'm on the Premium 14 day trial) - are these features not available yet?*Love this app.

The widget is honestly the best as well although I wish I was able to turn off the time and date up at the top of the widget (unless that was a glitch).Review UPDATE: Some of the features you show in the app's screen shots/description aren't even available yet and that fact is not stated - it is misleading and deceptive.

I've found another app in the meantime that does exactly what I was looking for, but I may check back on this one down the line since some of the planned stuff is interesting.There are better apps out there unfortunately, after using this for a few months now its missing a lot of features that would make it perfect and doesnt look to be getting updated.

6. Ive accidentally clicked complete more than once and had to re add dozens of tasks.I've literally tried more than 30 apps but this one by far is seems to be the best.

7. The only issues I have is that there are certain tasks that I need do everyday, but there's no option to set it to "everyday" in add reminder.

1. Fix Ivy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ivy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ivy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ivy" » Open Ivy: Tasks & To-Do list, organ » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ivy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ivy: Tasks & To-Do list, organ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ivy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ivy: Tasks & To-Do list, organ" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ivy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ivy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ivy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ivy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ivy not working

2. Fix Ivy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ivy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ivy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ivy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
