1. Any workaround to fix the problem?.It wont let it connect to my phone.. It keeps saying that the software its not supported any more... What a waste of money!!! 😡😡😠😠Keeps crashing on Android Huawei P20Pro so annoying Need to update system to new software.

2. Thx annicam for picking up the baton even tho it meant your users now had to be on wifi to connect.. Something is DEFinitely better than nothing! I like that i can create one username to watch all my stores.. Good app!*****No service outside of home.

3. I TRIED to "create account" and got a thing saying account not created...WTH?!?!Since the last update can't connect to dvr unless mobile is on wireless home network.

4. Must be connected to wifi in order to view from phone app....no good....I guess its not a good idea to write a bad review because the developer will completely shut you out of the app.

6. When elec's camera app stopped working on iPhones last year a lot of us were left hanging with no app.

1. Fix AnniCam Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AnniCam: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AnniCam App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AnniCam" » Open AnniCam » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AnniCam » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AnniCam app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AnniCam servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AnniCam" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AnniCam app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AnniCam might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AnniCam. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AnniCam then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AnniCam not working

2. Fix AnniCam Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AnniCam be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AnniCam not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AnniCam may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
