Why should I report an Issue with Vibe - Find Snapchat Friends?

1. "If" being the Keyword.I really like this app because you get alot of swipes per day without having to spend any money, I use it to find people to follow my insta and SC.

2. If the app had a filter where you could only like people who live a certain distance from you, and if you could add something to your profile, like a Bio, it would be better.The app is good to meet people but has the most annoying bug.

3. It gets to the point where I'm begging to question if it's worth it.I really like the app but when I want to change the photos it won't let me a box pops up at the bottom and it only says 'add photos' I can't pick any pictures or push anything.

4. and then it end up being random show someone who's like a million kilometres away..and and this app has terrible security this app is a joke 😂2 stars can't even see who likes you without having to pay.I can't receive messages or send them.

5. and I have not chat to a single soul or anyone and people or ai who swipe right on you don't even respond yet half of them are bots..of course or not one even try to message me I had 20 people who like me and who are near by but nothing from them.

6. I thought it was a glitch or something so I uninstalled it and downloaded it again and I have the same problem I can't even get into the app.I downloaded this app because I thought it would be an enjoyable way to find new friends.

9. But it will not let me upload photos, so I can not finish creating my account and therefore can not use this app.

1. Fix Vibe Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Vibe: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Vibe App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vibe" » Open Vibe - Find Snapchat Friends » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vibe » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Vibe - Find Snapchat Friends app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vibe servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vibe - Find Snapchat Friends" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Vibe app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vibe might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Vibe. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vibe then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vibe not working

2. Fix Vibe Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Vibe be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Vibe not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Vibe may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
