We-Vibe Customer Insights

1. if ur gonna use this app, for now just stick to syncing toys and forget about messaging or calling.If I could give 0 stars I would!! I have tried and tried over several months to connect long distance with no success.. The app takes a good 2 min to even load up and then it's just more issues from there! My partner can't connect, says its just a blank screen, which it's probably loading that takes forever! You can't even connect with partner and crashes every time I open the app! We have an updated version of app, the Moxie, and no way of using what should be able to work!! Please fix!!!!!!The app is buggy and it freezes/crashes often.

2. connection issues litter each call, the app will hang you up on your partners end and not notif you, microphone access continues in the background (despite closing the app), and the video option doesn't work and has been completely unnavigable and unfindable.

3. The one time we tried using it long distance it wouldn't stay connected to BT on my end and he was only able to control it for a couple of seconds before it dropped the connection.

4. Haven't been able to get it to work properly through the app because it always just randomly disconnects shortly after connecting it and since the remote doesn't really do much, it kind of makes the whole thing useless.

5. Please update the app and fix the Bluetooth stability.it's alright would be better if the toy and the app didn't desynchronize once the toy is inserted, but I find that the toy doesn't respond to the app afterwards, or has spotty connection in the best cases.

6. If she decides to pop it in at work & let me remote control it, then she has to keep the app live and screen open the entire time.

7. The app doesn't work if you switch to another, and locking the phone seems to intermittently disconnect both the partner and the unit.

8. The firmware in the units (Moxie+ & Bond) needs to be updated, as both of them dropped BT connection multiple times, and its quite a job to re-bind while they're being worn.

9. You also have to have the app open constantly because if you go anywhere else on your phone it disconnects and doesn't run in the background at all.

10. Guess this is all I have room to write .....The toy connection stuff works great, but the call feature is buggy.

11. The Vibe doesn't stay connected to BT for more than 5 minutes and you don't know that it isn't connected until you can't change the vibration.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix We-Vibe Issues

1. Fix We-Vibe Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart We-Vibe: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the We-Vibe App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "We-Vibe" » Open We-Vibe » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for We-Vibe » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear We-Vibe app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from We-Vibe servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "We-Vibe" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check We-Vibe app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, We-Vibe might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall We-Vibe. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall We-Vibe then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing We-Vibe not working


2. Fix We-Vibe Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make We-Vibe be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to We-Vibe not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, We-Vibe may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
