1. Im used to paying 15 for this but it works so great i dont mind the 30 for flawless interface and user experienceSucks, you will always have problems, poor customer service, always having login problems and then to deal with customer service is a joke, I had it for over 6 months and had problems with it the entire time, run away!!!!It's an OK service.

2. Really suffers when you want to stream a popular channel though.. Server 1 better than server 2 for live TV apparently.Customer service is horrid.

3. Because this doesn't work, neither did Durex TV, and some other damn service that I can'tThis is just better than I expected.

4. My advice if you have Firestick and LG 4K TV, try some other service.

5. I have tried probably every different combination of settings, including changing settings on my LG TV and settings on 4K Firestick.

6. For some odd reason, I can watch shows in other countries without it buffering.

7. I did BeastTv but the channel surfing isnt practical.

8. He actually banned me for asking why channels were down on server 2.

9. All connections work great.

10. But shows in the US, buffer constantly.

11. And yes, I use a VPN, and yes the internet download speed is fast enough.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Vibe TV v5 Issues

1. Fix Vibe TV v5 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Vibe TV v5: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Vibe TV v5 App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vibe TV v5" » Open Vibe TV v5 » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vibe TV v5 » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Vibe TV v5 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vibe TV v5 servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vibe TV v5" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Vibe TV v5 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vibe TV v5 might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Vibe TV v5. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vibe TV v5 then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vibe TV v5 not working


2. Fix Vibe TV v5 Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Vibe TV v5 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

  • I have an account with Vibetv. I have 2 fire sticks 1 for vibe5 and one for vibe6. Vibe5 asks me to sign in once I open app but rejects my user name and password. My vibe6 just keeps streaming once I open the app. Can someone from tech support pls contact me at (732)236-7586. This issue started on Wednesday 3/16. Prior to that I had no trouble with either set.
