1. For another example, sometimes tapping on a module in the app will result in different navigation depending on when it is tapped (maybe depending on what data has been loaded at the time?).I don't understand how the developers keep making the app worse with every update.

Given that the point of the app is to facilitate COMMUNICATION between preschools and parents, you'd think that the makers of this app would put a little more care into the messaging feature.The update to the update seems to have fixed the new problems it created, so the app is back to at least being semi-functional and mediocre.

3. The text container does not show the entire message as you are typing, making it extremely difficult to compose a message.

4. Photos available for download (only your kid) don't work half the time within the app and no zoom feature on pics is annoying.This app is absolutely terrible.

5. Tadpoles needs to pull this new version and roll back to the previous version.The app has finally been updated and I can now download images and videos, although some randomly don't have the download option.

6. On top of the awful look of it, when you type anything the text box does not move above your keyboard so you cannot see what you are typing.

7. The download photos option does not work.

8. The daily report is equally awful...the older version made it easy to see and read the different activity sections.

9. When editing the drop off report, it is very easy to accidentally hit the reset button because the buttons scroll into each other.

10. The welcome screen is also poorly organized.The messaging feature in this app is completely useless on my Android phone.

11. And the box doesn't show what was previously typed! I have to resort to typing out a message in another app and then cutting and pasting it.

2. Update the Tadpoles Parents App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tadpoles Parents" » Open Tadpoles Parents » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tadpoles Parents » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tadpoles Parents app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tadpoles Parents servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tadpoles Parents" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tadpoles Parents app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tadpoles Parents might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tadpoles Parents. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tadpoles Parents then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tadpoles Parents not working
