1. A timer feature is much needed.I like this app... I would suggest that they can have the features to capture the photo with voice command like "say cheese " and also smile sensor, this will help even more... Waiting for an update soonthe camera is not working kindly please solve it.....camera is getting hang...it's not working...I have used this app earlier ,it was good then.Now the features are good camera is not working so its of no use...please solve this issue...fix bugVery poor.. the app keeps stopping...after several attempts at creating just one collage I failed and deleted the app.Good app but needs some updations, like on minimising the screen the setted up college does not stays.Installed so many apps to collage more than 20 photos...but all fake..but this helps to collage upto 25 photos...liked itNo option for writing letters.. and no option for re cropping the images.. plzz s...

1. Fix Mopic Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mopic: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mopic App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mopic" » Open Mopic - Selfie Symbol Collage » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mopic » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mopic - Selfie Symbol Collage app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mopic servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mopic - Selfie Symbol Collage" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mopic app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mopic might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mopic. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mopic then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mopic not working

2. Fix Mopic Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mopic be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mopic not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mopic may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
