Why should I report an Issue with Make it big - Large text?

1. It should have a toggle to always show text in landscspe orientation (for people not using auto screen rotation) I believe these are easy fixes and i will happily give the app five stars once these issues are addressed.Nice and easy to use.

3. This isn't a big deal since you can search but it would be a nice additionNicely simple, I've been after an app to make it easier to show my name when collecting orders etc such as takeaways during the COVID-19 Pandemic without having to pull back my facemask (my name can be hard to pronounce).

4. The annoying bit, which i think was changed recently, is have to press the back button after you "make it big." This makes having a conversation with deaf folks more cumbersome than it needs to be, going back and forth between screens.

5. Add folders to organize saved texts to use in different contextsThe app is missing two things so i'm taking away two stars.

6. It doesn't let me edit the words very easily and honestly it would be quicker to use Google docs to type the words and then change the font size.

8. You can't edit it while the words are big which is also really inconvenient.I used to use this sometimes for communicating with deaf friends since i don't really know ASL.

9. As a deaf person who shops alone most often, I highly recommend this for communication.Works great for communication to my deaf boss.

10. I like that the app saves previously used words and phrases, so you don't have to keep re-typing things you need a lot.

1. Fix Make it big Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Make it big: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Make it big App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Make it big" » Open Make it big - Large text » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Make it big » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Make it big - Large text app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Make it big servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Make it big - Large text" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Make it big app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Make it big might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Make it big. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Make it big then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Make it big not working

2. Fix Make it big Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Make it big be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Make it big not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Make it big may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
