1. I would have liked the ability to pop-up a description of the service I was selecting though, perhaps also showing a price.Good for seeing which salon has a time slot and making a reservation, and seems well integrated with the salon system when I get there.

At first I thought maybe it was just one of the stores doing something wrong online, but all the ones in my city are like this, so it must be the app.The input fields at the bottom of the check-in screen were hidden by the keyboard, forcing me to hit the back button after entering text into each field so I could select the next field.

3. I've installed all the updates, tried multiple devices, etc, but all the Supercuts in my area just say every single appointment time is unavailable.

4. I have had a difficult time insuring the app books the appointment with the chosen salon.

5. The New button adding my info should just be labeled clear Adding a guest said they were going to be 45 minutes later than the first person.. if I walked in that wouldn't be the case.

6. If I select a time other than the default and then proceed to select a person other than me for services, the time automatically resets to the default.

7. That gives you locations and phone numbers like the app, but actually does more by showing you reviews, busiest times, etc.I am puzzled by the high reviews for this app because I haven't seen it work for a good two years.

8. So frustrating to show up at the wrong salon and unlike precovid - they send you packing.😡 Triple check at the end of the booking process or better yet - just call them.

9. I have selected my preferred location and it seems that the only option is to call the salon.
