1. I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, attempted to select the district but continues to give me the same error.Will only show child's name, all other info missing and when I click on anything it just tells me that data is missing.

2. Seems developer isn't making any progress fixing it.I had access to this application for over two years and then around Christmas it stopped working as I received and continue to receive "communication error" messages.

3. Thankfully, it is good for its purpose: chexking grades and classes.In December it started saying error connection when I try to log in and now it saws invalid login or password.

4. And for the app makers, you might as well add every district in the country, or the world to make it more accessible.Same issue that others are having... got a message when logging in that email/password was incorrect.

5. Now it wants me to select a new district and gives a communication error.

6. I have uninstalled and installed the app, with no luck.The app is extremely broken, anytime I try to look at something it usually ends up in a "connection error." Not to mention the utterly horrible UI the app has.

7. We can still log in thru computer to schools site but the app is usless!This app is the worst... its been over a month still having the same issue.

8. I can view the info in a cleaner format online.I'm having a similar issue as everyone else.

9. For last few days it tells me that there was an error and that's it.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix eSchoolPLUS Family Issues

1. Fix eSchoolPLUS Family Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart eSchoolPLUS Family: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the eSchoolPLUS Family App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "eSchoolPLUS Family" » Open eSchoolPLUS Family » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for eSchoolPLUS Family » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear eSchoolPLUS Family app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from eSchoolPLUS Family servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "eSchoolPLUS Family" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check eSchoolPLUS Family app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, eSchoolPLUS Family might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall eSchoolPLUS Family. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall eSchoolPLUS Family then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing eSchoolPLUS Family not working
