1. If I can achieve superior results with Photoshop in a matter of minutes, your app is worthless.This app has many animals but if you do the things the face of the animal doesn't even match yours can you creators just improve it we plead with you .

I'm sure the app is great in general so I will give 3 🌟stars!Worst app ever,I just took a photo and the screen just turned off.I assumed it was just a one time thing so I tried again and it did the same thing!👹 0/10 not 10/10Sad.

1. Fix Zooface Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Zooface: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Zooface App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zooface" » Open Zooface - GIF Animal Morph » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zooface » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Zooface - GIF Animal Morph app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zooface servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zooface - GIF Animal Morph" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Zooface app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zooface might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Zooface. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zooface then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zooface not working

2. Fix Zooface Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zooface be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zooface not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Zooface may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
