Stay Focused Customer Insights
1. I use this to help me stay focused on my work, it has great features that will help you to manage your distractions and take control of your time, I feature that I like is the app/site timer that allows you to control how much time you spend on an app.
2. I use cold turkey for windows, but it means I have to port my tracking from android manually, creating cheating.so helpful! You can choose your own block screen message (I remind myself of other things I could be doing).
3. I do wish the timing options were expanded even more, like allowing allowed time to stack based on a certain amount of time spent in an app or without using the phone.
4. In particular, websites are accessible when chrome is opened in half a scree in multi window mode without a corresponding app in the other half (blocking works as expected as soon as any other half screen app is opened though).
5. *spoilers for bugs that make it possible to bypass some blocks* The thing stopping me from giving five stars is that websites opened in multiwindow or popup view are inconsistently blocked.
6. For example I tried blocking access to all but important apps like my messaging, but when a client texted, the messages app button in the whitelist did nothing when I clicked on it.
7. You can customize lock screen, customize messages, and gives a ton of options for how to manage use of apps.
8. It's helped me to stop wasting time on things I don't care about!This is phenomenal.
9. If they fixed those it'd be 5 stars.I really appreciate that people take time to develop this stuff.
10. It has greatly increased my sleep! I like that you can "whitelist" certain apps so they can still be used when the rest of the phone is unavailable.
11. This is one of the rare apps I was willing to spend premium on until I found out that you can't just unlock a better version, your have to pay x dollars a month.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Stay Focused Issues
1. Fix Stay Focused Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Stay Focused: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Stay Focused App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Stay Focused" » Open Stay Focused: Site/App Blocker » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Stay Focused » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Stay Focused: Site/App Blocker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Stay Focused servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Stay Focused: Site/App Blocker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Stay Focused app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Stay Focused might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Stay Focused. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Stay Focused then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Stay Focused not working
2. Fix Stay Focused Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Stay Focused be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Stay Focused not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Stay Focused may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Please may you cancel my subscription? I downloaded the app nov26 under ms06022019@redacted. i thought this was capable of blocking more than just designated websites and It doesnt demand a login. I spent a couple hours on this an am extremely aggated at this point and want nothing further to do with this app. I would appreciate it please
