MyHyundai with Bluelink Customer Insights

1. The worst part is that all of the Hazzard lights flash when the car is running in auto start, letting the whole world that your car is running and you will be coming to the car at some point soonThe app was perfectly fine prior to a recent update that for whatever reason removed the shortcut to the Hyundai Motor Finance page.

2. Like I said, it's more features than imaginable, and it's a smooth, comfortable ride.It does not make sense that a secondary user cannot have the same access/roles as the primary.

3. On cruise, it will slow down and stop when necessary, the remote lock, remote starting, setting the temp, heated seats, dual climate control, signals when a car is too close for a turn or collision warning, etc.

4. If your car does not include climate control, just remember to have that turned on before exiting the car while out & about! You can repeat the 10 minute max auto start.

5. Also, when it actually does connect, most of the time I get a message that says "cannot process request due to a pending request already in progress".

6. I get this message even when it's been 24 hrs since the car has been last startedPretty great, you have to pay to have Bluelink to use this app or have it included in your lease as we did, but the app and features are good.

7. - let user set low fuel warning indicator and get notified on the dash or heads up display. For the features that work, this is decent.

8. In addition to its original unreliable nature, the app is now full of glitches, sending error messages that a request is still in progress even though it's been more than 24 hours since the last.

9. For auto start, you have to push the lock button and wait a minute or 2 to get a confirmation that the lock was successful or not successful.

10. I finally gave up; I'm not paid to test and follow-up on their apps.Update 2: in addition to the items below, it now requires me to agree to the terms and conditions every time I open the app.

11. Example, only the primary user can enable digital keys, and it is only available in the web portal (this is very poorly documented).
