1. & are you calling people that went to the effort of installing an app to handle their test drive?"Unable to run on rooted device." Fact, my device has root access disabled.

2. Fact, it is not helping users or your company whining about root access and blatantly ignoring millions of unpatched Android devices with security vulnerabilities.if the car works as well as the app.

3. Didn't work at all, no crashes as other people experienced, but was unable to take a picture of the back of my license, tried a dozen times and gave up.

1. Fix Hyundai Drive Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hyundai Drive: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hyundai Drive App. Here is how:
