Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix STF Connect Issues
1. Fix STF Connect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart STF Connect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the STF Connect App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "STF Connect" » Open STF Connect » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for STF Connect » click "UPDATE".
- Clear STF Connect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from STF Connect servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "STF Connect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check STF Connect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, STF Connect might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall STF Connect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall STF Connect then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing STF Connect not working
