1. Device in question is a first generation apple tv and samsung android phone.Another remote that functions poorly, visually looks subpar, and contains no use other than eating up my storage.This application does not open on my phone (Honor 7).

2. I get a white screen for a second or two before it crashes.I installed it, the box is connected to the HDMI, the new password is in my phone but it still tells no, "No thanks".

1. Restart AIR Remote FREE: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AIR Remote FREE App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AIR Remote FREE" » Open AIR Remote FREE for Apple TV » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AIR Remote FREE » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AIR Remote FREE for Apple TV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AIR Remote FREE servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AIR Remote FREE for Apple TV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AIR Remote FREE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AIR Remote FREE might not work.
