1. I don't "HATE" the app, it simply does not work.Disappointing. Why is this not supported in newer versions? I use power dvd 22 and while watching a dvd/blu Ray from my computer through my TV, I'm sitting nowhere near my keyboard and the onscreen control is slow, clunky and gets, in the way... This sort of thing would be ideal, so why discontinue it's use?does not work with PowerDVD 18 or 18 Ultra, PRO, or standard.

Have checked firewall rules and ensured my phone and laptop are on the same server.Very disappointed to learn that Powedvd 20 ultra no more support powerdvd remote, very difficult if you want to use App in TV mode and watch through projector in home cinema.Couldn't get it work with PowerDVD 18 Ultra.

3. Shame.My Computer (after fresh clean installation) gives a 4 digit code for syncing and this app Only offers WiFi syncing and They don't want to sync or work together.

4. Disappointing.Doesn't work with the latest version of PowerDVD v19.

5. Isn't it kind of odd that this app doen't work? Cyberlink either needs to update this app or remove the link from the "Power DVD" program.

6. It's a friendly app to install but once your there you have to read on what the remote can work for.

1. Fix PowerDVD Remote Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PowerDVD Remote: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PowerDVD Remote App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PowerDVD Remote" » Open PowerDVD Remote » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PowerDVD Remote » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PowerDVD Remote app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PowerDVD Remote servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PowerDVD Remote" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PowerDVD Remote app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PowerDVD Remote might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PowerDVD Remote. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PowerDVD Remote then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PowerDVD Remote not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PowerDVD Remote be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
