I've been using this website for over 5 years, however it's very clear they don't care about the people who use their product as a genuine method of making REAL music.This app is very intuitive to use but for me this app is horrible there are tons of gaps in between audio clips, you can't change the volume of individual clips and I couldn't seem to figure out how to add smooth transitions.

I took all the recommended steps (clearing cash before using app, uninstalling and reinstalling, etc.) The only nice thing I have to say about it is that it was easy to upload to Spotify, IF the podcast actually saved correctly.Not sure if anyone else experienced this but when I try to record my vocals while listening to the music or metronome everything starts crackling and I can't here anything barley.

3. Was great at first, now I want my money backI've used this app (mostly on desktop) for a few months and for that time it worked great, but since introducing an auto-save feature that cannot be turned off, the entire thing has become a mess.

1. Fix Soundtrap Studio Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Soundtrap Studio: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Soundtrap Studio App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Soundtrap Studio" » Open Soundtrap Studio » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Soundtrap Studio » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Soundtrap Studio app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Soundtrap Studio servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Soundtrap Studio" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Soundtrap Studio app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Soundtrap Studio might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Soundtrap Studio. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Soundtrap Studio then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Soundtrap Studio not working
