Spotify Kids Customer Insights

1. BUT: You can't make playlists You can't go back to the beginning of a song - the back button only ones to the previous song No repeat, shuffle No connectivity, including Spotify connect, Chromecast, Android Auto No personalized recommendationsUpdate as of February 1, 2021: Changing my review from one to two stars because you can now create and share playlists from the parents account.

2. My 4 year will continue to listen on my account in the main app until more features are available. This app is really a shock why is this not just all the great things that spotify offer with age appropriate music? There is no library feature no Playlist feature the only thing you can do is ❤ a track and then it does download for offline automatically which is great but say you want to ❤ and entire able you can't you have to do each individual track one by one.

3. The biggest one being no option to turn on repeat, which is vital for kids who love a song and want to listen over and over! It's still very limited on selection and there is no way to make personalized playlists.I was so excited to use this app only to discover I can't create more than 1 profile.

4. There is no way to customize the home screen (my 6 year old doesn't want stuff about teeth brushing jingles, pocoyo, and cocomellon), the shared playlists never show up correctly, there is no shuffle or repeat, and podcasts can't be added to shared playlists.

5. It should have a shuffle and repeat feature, and I think the biggest feature would be Spotify Kids on PC, not just on mobile.

6. Original Review: As of September 1, 2020 there is no way to shuffle songs of an artist and there is not even a way to make playlists.

7. I didn't see those available.I've been using this app for about two years now to play music for my toddler while avoiding getting kid songs recommended me on my own accoun.

8. Since it looks like the app hasn't been updated in almost a year and others have pointed out this same issue, are we to assume spotify has abandoned fixing anything?Overall, it's a good start.

9. Most of the songs my daughter wants to listen to are not available directly, I have to share as a playlist, they are inoffensive songs from musicals.

10. My kids also love podcasts (Story Pirates, Wow in the World, Brains On, etc.) and gaming songs (i.e. Minecraft).

11. Search is not intuitive and other songs by the artist started playing automatically (searched song title).
