1. Sort it out guys.This app insists on knowing your location and will not let you search for anyone by city until you allow it access to your location, then when you want to talk to someone it lists everyone that has ever made an account but it doesn't show you anyone who is actually available.

2. Something wrong with yalls greed.Great app with tons of support from other recovering alcoholoics however the app doesn't work with wifi.

3. Can't change photos , want to delete my account so it's led mento believe this is a scammers app since i couldn't add my number to get a code sent to me when i first downloaded the app.

5. The idea was great to connect others in recovery, but when your members are downed for choosing a path that is not AA, makes for a pretty negative experience.

6. Original: In order to delete your account you need to email them and answer some questions to confirm.

7. This app is a joke, might as well be a dating app, can't even post as a newly sober person with putting pictures up without getting in inboxed or commented on what I post without getting hit on.The nearby straight-up does not work.

10. So I've tried several times to login with my email, to join with that same email & even made a new email account & nothing is working.

1. Fix Sober Grid Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sober Grid: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sober Grid App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sober Grid" » Open Sober Grid - Social Network » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sober Grid » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sober Grid - Social Network app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sober Grid servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sober Grid - Social Network" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sober Grid app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sober Grid might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sober Grid. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sober Grid then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sober Grid not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sober Grid be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sober Grid not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sober Grid may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
