1. At first it started with adding time limits to each game session and now you can't select whatever game you want to play you have to start with the first one and get more coins to play the rest.The game is fun, however there are a few issues while playing.

2. I also started having problems with the video chat feature after the update with video lagging and not getting audio.I started playing this a few days ago, gotten tons of friends to play because it was super fun, but suddenly now you need to either pay or play a ton to get more games.

1. Fix FRANKLY Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FRANKLY: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FRANKLY App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FRANKLY" » Open FRANKLY – Social Game » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FRANKLY » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FRANKLY – Social Game app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FRANKLY servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FRANKLY – Social Game" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FRANKLY app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FRANKLY might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FRANKLY. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FRANKLY then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FRANKLY not working
