1. When I started I'd get a daily motivational rewards message for my completed days which was nice but it stops at 3 months, goes to weekly, then at 6 months stopped all together.I love SoberTool! The daily messages are great! They also have a bunch of different topics to choose from to read about.
2. It's a great motivational tool to set short-term goals for non-addiction habits.I tried another app which was good for locating meetings and you could email, call or text to reach someone.
3. Daily messages are nice & rewards are a good reminder of how far you've come.
4. My favorite is the rewards! It tracks your sober time with a little chip and a daily inspiring message.
5. One thing that bugs me though is when you read a message and then go back, you end up back at the top of the list of messages.
6. Then you have to scroll down through the messages you have already read to find the next message.
7. I'm 6 months and counting and feeling great!I highly recommend you download SoberTool.
8. Usually spot on!Its pretty good, its very encouraging and has some good motivational messages.
9. I'm new to recovery and have found that communicating with others in the forum attracts some really good support.
10. Also it might be better if you were prompted more to use the app because sometimes I forget to use the app. After new update phone will no longer open app...Excellent app, like having an instant pocket meeting.
11. It won't open and I am afraid that if I uninstall it and reinstall it I'm going to lose all my information.Large selection of meditations.
