1. It's easier and more effective to keep doing what I've been doing - keeping the actual manual in the storage tray under the front passenger seat.Sadly, whilst the handbook's text is visible, the pictures don't display.
2. Citroen service & reliability really isn't very good (just look at their rankings) so the issue is almost certainly with them & not the software writer's.I like the idea of having an app instead of a paper manual.
3. However, the information is very limited (e.g. no max load and other tech specs) and in some cases has been incorrect - for example such basic things as the headlamp light bulb types.
4. When it does work I'm quite glad to have the full manual on my phone. When selecting my car, I couldn't find my model.
5. Can't navigate app in full screen mode and can't get to main menu as it doesn't provide any menu options to move to different screen.
6. Makes me love the experience of driving my Citroen C3, and gives me detailed stats on how, when and where I drive... Something that if I drove another, overpriced-expensive-costly-german-made-brand, I would have had to pay an arm and a leg for this very same functionality...Buggy app.
7. So don't understand where all the positive reviews come from...It's definitely the way forward having an app instead of a huge handbook which often gets lost or spoiled over time.
8. Going direct to Citroen website produces a manual that freezes, with no download option.
9. Then it said it found my C4, it didn't! On the very first page I saw the keyfob was different, and on the next random selection so was the centre console.
10. Android 9 Moto g7 plus. Most of the time when I open it and click on SEARCH I don't get an onscreen keyboard so can't actually search for anything.
11. Good idea executed badly...Unfortunately, all the app gives me is a some error message in French.
