SafePath Family Customer Insights

1. I've checked both the website and online and couldn't find anywhere to get an invite code.This service is most likely vendored as proprietary through a cellular service provider.It possess everything you need for your family! Basically can't imagine any new feature.

2. Keep track when family is entering a safe zone, like school, work place, favorite grocery store and/or grandparents is my daughter's favorite function of the app.

3. Makes no sense.It's a wonderful app for making sure your family is safe and protected.

4. Live tracking is supported as well.Please let us know when this will be available Sprint removed safe and found and we are devastated.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix SafePath Family Issues

1. Fix SafePath Family Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart SafePath Family: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the SafePath Family App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SafePath Family" » Open SafePath Family » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SafePath Family » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear SafePath Family app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SafePath Family servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SafePath Family" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check SafePath Family app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SafePath Family might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall SafePath Family. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SafePath Family then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SafePath Family not working


2. Fix SafePath Family Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SafePath Family be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SafePath Family not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SafePath Family may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
