1. If I am unable to use the computer I no longer want or need Tend (iSecurity+).good app for cell phone use but not so mush with internet use.. I used to see the recording on line but now they are not there! Only a live view is available.. WHY is that? I have 2 requests I can NOT seem to get the audio OFF.

2. sound should be an optional and easy to click off.. REQUEST.. could you put a time schedule recording option.. waiting to increase my starsWorst software I've ever had the misfortune of experiencing.

3. For everybody having trouble with recording videos and reviewing your videos you'll have to get into the camera settings and turn on microphone.

4. Might as well throw it in the trash.Used to work great, seems with the last update that I cannot playback my recorded videos.

5. Half the live events are duds , wont play back , records absolutely nothing every two seconds and now it's not even recording at all.

6. I've had this for about 4 years now, and was never really impressed, but it did the basic security camera stuff I needed at the time.

7. The camera is fine for a live view only--otgerwise it is just a paperweight.

8. So annoyed I am getting rid of all this old stuff and this app.Although recording has always been unreliable, now nothing at all records.

9. The setup is tedious and requires multiple restarts of the app which still doesn't connect to the camera.

10. NO need for sound on some things!! Every attempt to turn OFF the MIC does not work.

11. As I said viewing on your cell phone is more difficult and time consuming.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix iSecurity+ Issues

1. Fix iSecurity+ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart iSecurity+: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the iSecurity+ App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iSecurity+" » Open iSecurity+ » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iSecurity+ » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear iSecurity+ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iSecurity+ servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iSecurity+" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check iSecurity+ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iSecurity+ might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall iSecurity+. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iSecurity+ then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iSecurity+ not working


2. Fix iSecurity+ Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iSecurity+ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iSecurity+ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iSecurity+ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
