1. I keep getting a accelerate now, but when I push that button, it keeps looking into all these apps, and choosing one just continues the loop.Would not upload properly please fix..and you always have to many ad's that srew up the app and create problems with a ad's, you should pay us to use the app and see all of the ad's on a app.. Working better but overlapping text is a problem.

2. I'm about to uninstall it.Too much sweeping junk, can't call 911.. You such, almost died Remove all sweep stuff off now or canceling you!! Asap..going back off android !!!!It tells me the phone seems abnormal and it wont let me do any full scans.

3. We must part company .I assume when I need the service then I will use it,but not every 3minutes after that,trying to not use the service, but it's still not stopped popping up on the phone.A bit of a pain on the butt.Your app pops up far too many times, every couple minutes.

1. Fix Smart Clean Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Smart Clean: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Smart Clean App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Smart Clean" » Open Smart Clean » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Smart Clean » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Smart Clean app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Smart Clean servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Smart Clean" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Smart Clean app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Smart Clean might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Smart Clean. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Smart Clean then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Smart Clean not working

2. Fix Smart Clean Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Smart Clean be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Smart Clean not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Smart Clean may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
