1. I find that I always have to call custimer service and wait on hold because the only other option is to send an email, which is not very assuring that they will get to your email quickly, especially when your time to return the car is very close.
2. So I decided to download the app a create a profile, however I cannot change the dates to make a booking and it tells me I first have to select a pick up location,when I select a pickup location NOTHING happens and I am unable to look up rates for a rental.
3. I closed the app and minutes later got a notification that a driver was on the way, so the app continued to search for a driver after clearly indicating the previous search didn't work.
4. First time it didn't show where the car is located, just message "ready for pick up".
5. Second time we couldn't find driver too, this time car was driving somewhere not far from us, but didn't picked us too.
6. I get a confirmation that it's ready to go but when I select the option it starts the setup process over.Hands down the worst experience renting a car I've ever had.
7. This has been a complete WASTE of my time with this appThat was the worst experience with rideshare app ever.
8. I was so nervious about my return (because of the crack) but I experienced some of the best customer service I have ever had with car rentals and for those reason I will absolutely return!I don't fly much , I'm hoping that changes.
9. I have used their services once before; I enjoyed their speed at check-in, the beautiful (and new!) vehicle I was provided for my trip, and the ease of return (even when I came back with a crack across the whole windshield!).
10. The card scanner didn't work for my non-standard card and it would have been a lot simpler to just click a few times for Google pay.
11. Stick to Turo or Getaround, process is such a breeze by comparison.App wouldn't share data with the account I made on my PC.
