1. Once I figured it out it works greatIt worked real well i had 1300 pictures on my phone and it down loaded fast, it took less time then taking the phone to the store and down loadTerrible! only works some devices.

1. Fix Picture Keeper Connect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Picture Keeper Connect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Picture Keeper Connect App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Picture Keeper Connect" » Open Picture Keeper Connect » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Picture Keeper Connect » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Picture Keeper Connect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Picture Keeper Connect servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Picture Keeper Connect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Picture Keeper Connect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Picture Keeper Connect might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Picture Keeper Connect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Picture Keeper Connect then reinstall.
