Why should I report an Issue with Guitar Tunio - Guitar Tuner?

1. Google should ban this developer account.This tuner is awful, the tuning numbers only show for a split second, and only causes you to over tune and snap a string.

2. Doesn't give accurate tunings, I have a snark tuner I used to compare the difference between a phone tuner and an actual tuner, the snark was more accurate than any tuner on the play store, and it is only 7 bucks vs paying 25 bucks to an app that barely even works.

Great idea using ads for those of us who 1 know our phone is probably not the most accurate when picking up sound tones, & 2 broke AF and don't have .99¢ to spend on an app....😁 THANKS GUYS!After a few weeks of installing this app, it will start to display full-screen ads randomly, regardless of where you are in the Android operating system.

4. Can't tune correctly anyway.Tereible for tuning, says it's perfect when its not and then right after saying it's perfect, i play the string again without adjusting it and it no longer says uts perfect.

5. Video with audio ads, unmuted by default! Even w/locked screen!! I held out for a long time because it was the best free tuning app... but I can't take it any more.

6. However, the app itself is great.Very groovy even WITH ads! YES, there are ads, however they're not disruptive, the ads are silent and only about 5 seconds long! For real, like, most of the other free tuners I've tried don't give the option for alt tuning unless u purchase the app.

The only reason I'm giving three star and keeping the app is because it has chords on it and I'm still learning and tend to forget chord names or where to put my fingers (I'm really forgetful) and it will be useful.I paid to get rid of the ads thinking that I already had access to the whole app.

1. Fix Guitar Tunio Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Guitar Tunio: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Guitar Tunio App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Guitar Tunio" » Open Guitar Tunio - Guitar Tuner » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Guitar Tunio » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Guitar Tunio - Guitar Tuner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Guitar Tunio servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Guitar Tunio - Guitar Tuner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Guitar Tunio app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Guitar Tunio might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Guitar Tunio. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Guitar Tunio then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Guitar Tunio not working

2. Fix Guitar Tunio Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Guitar Tunio be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Guitar Tunio not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Guitar Tunio may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
