1. I've never rated an app this low before, but 7elevens low, low, low customer service has earned it.It was an ORDEAL trying to get the unresponsive app to just place an order; numerous prompts for location, notifications, etc.

2. It froze and wouldn't let me place an order because it was estimating delivery time, requiring me to restart the app.

3. When I was FINALLY able to place an order, the app straight-up crashed as my order was being placed requiring me to scan my ID and place the order again.Absolutely horrible.

4. The first order I placed, I was told there an error, so I tried one more time & it went through.

5. I'd say one big but simple change which is needed is the option to add a courier tip should occur after delivery is completed, not before the order is even sent.

6. But even now, checking the address 5 times didn't make a difference and I never received my order.Out of all the apps I've had over the last 10 years, this is the worse.

7. On 2 occasions items were left out of the order and no refund was made.

8. then when I went back to the order and deals screen the screen was just white.

1. Restart 7NOW: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 7NOW App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "7NOW" » Open 7NOW: Food Delivery & Alcohol » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 7NOW » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 7NOW: Food Delivery & Alcohol app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 7NOW servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "7NOW: Food Delivery & Alcohol" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 7NOW app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 7NOW might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 7NOW. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 7NOW then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 7NOW not working

2. Fix 7NOW Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 7NOW be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 7NOW not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 7NOW may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
