1. at least this started to get me out of the house because I wouldn't pay $40 for 4 sodas and 2 bags of chips for my friends; not including the taxes, tip, & extra fees.UPDATE: The app has been stable for me for a while now, appreciate the updates go puff made, I haven't ran into any UI bugs in a long time! Old review: The service is good, but the app is the worst app in terms of bugs/usability that I have on my phone.

4. So then I get charged $7 in extra fees and it's 20+ minutes on the phone to see about a refund and they tell me that Fam doesn't include X, Y, or Z until I send them a screenshot from the app showing literally that it includes those things.

5. if you want your order in a timely manner now, you have to pay an extra $5 on top of the jacked prices and they also add 10$ of tax for some reason on top of the high prices.

1. Fix Gopuff Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Gopuff: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Gopuff App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Gopuff" » Open Gopuff—Alcohol & Food Delivery » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Gopuff » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Gopuff—Alcohol & Food Delivery app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Gopuff servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Gopuff—Alcohol & Food Delivery" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Gopuff app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Gopuff might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Gopuff. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Gopuff then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Gopuff not working

2. Fix Gopuff Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Gopuff be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Gopuff not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Gopuff may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
